Please check that the shipping addresses and phone numbers are correctly written and complete for efficient delivery of orders. If the products are returned due to incorrect address, it is necessary to reschedule the delivery. In these cases CBD VITAL STORE does NOT commit to delivering on the stipulated days.
Delivery must be made to the address indicated by the buyer at the time of purchase. The order will be delivered to any responsible person of legal age who is at the address at the time of delivery, or at the gate if possible.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination. These costs will be reported through the website or by any other means or channel provided for this purpose by CBD VITAL STORE. The customer understands and accepts that shipping costs vary.
If upon receiving your order you notice any inconsistency in the packaging or its condition, you must immediately inform the person delivering the product.
The purchase to be made will be subject to inventory availability.

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. It must not have any signs of having been opened or used. For this purpose, the product must come in its original packaging. If evidence to the contrary is found, the products will not be eligible for return.
Once we have the return request with the necessary data for it, CBD VITAL STORE will give you a repurchase voucher for the same value of the purchase made initially, or if it is an exchange it will be made for the same or for another product of the same value or if it is the case that it is of greater value the client must pay the excess.
In no case will changes be made for reasons other than those mentioned above or for those expressly provided for by law. That is, changes will not be made to the products offered by the Company for reasons attributable to the personal tastes or appreciations of the User.
Right of Withdrawal
CBD VITAL STORE sells perishable food products, which due to their nature, quality characteristics, and storage conditions are exempt from exercising the right of withdrawal, in accordance with the concept of the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce No. 16-062808 dated March 10, 2016 and Law 1480 of 2011, which in its article 47 states:
"(…) The following cases are excepted from the right of withdrawal:
- In contracts for the supply of goods that, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate quickly.
- In contracts for the acquisition of perishable goods.
- In contracts for the acquisition of goods for personal use. (…)”
